Description

Furnish and deliver a Lithotripter to the Milwaukee WI VA Medical Center. Equipment must be portable, use a shockwave prducing generator based on spark gap technology, have a wide hemi ellipitical reflector so that patients can be treated anesthesia free, and integrated fluoroscopic arm capabilities, e.g., a C-arm or a U-arm. Companies must also demonstrate the exact equipment on patients on-site at the Milwaukee VA. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
