- Description
- The Defense Distribution Depot Pearl Harbor (DDPH) located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii has a requirement for the procurement of the following stretch wrap machines: Two (2) each Wulftec Semi Automatic Stretch Wrapper Model No. WHP-200 High Profile Wrapper or equal. Salient characteristics are: 40 to 50 loads per hour based on load size and configuration, 4000 lbs load weight capacity, 56" x 56" x 77"H maximum load size, 120v/1/60/, 15 amp electrical requirement, 0 to 12 rpm variable speed turntable, 20" "no thread" powered prestretch carriage, 1/2 HP 90v DC/SCR film drive, auto height sensing photoeye with on/off switch, AC drive. Options to include: Automatic film cutter and Hinged tower. Warranty: 3 years on parts and 1 year warranty on labor. The Government shall be responsible for uncrating and placement of system. The Government shall be responsible for all electrical hook ups. The Contractor shall provide installation start up and training. The Contractor shall be responsible for crating equipment. Two (2) each Lantech Stretch Wrapper Model Q300XT or equal. Salient characteristics are: 30" film roll capacity, 30-40 loads per hour, 3/4 HP TEFC Motor, 4000 lbs load weight, electronically controlled wrapping force, ez thread roll carriage, automatic wrap height sensing photocell, variable speed turntable, variable wrapping force control, 110v. Options to include: Automatic film cut off and attachment to load. Warranty: 3 year warranty on every component and 1 year warranty on all purchased replacement parts. The Government shall be responsible for uncrating and placement of system. The Government shall be responsible for all electrical hook ups. The Contractor shall provide installation start up and training. The Contractor shall be responsible for crating equipment. The stretch wrap equipment shall be delivered and priced FOB Destination to: Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin, CCP (SW3225) Tranship SB3111, Building 208, French Camp, CA 95231. To receive awards resulting from solicitations issued after May 31, 1998, your company must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
