The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 21 to be delivered to Cherry Point, NC within 170 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is June 4, 2001.
