Description

This initiative proposes to develop an advanced database structure and content that provides timely access to data using proven technologies, including multimedia. It will provide a new online, interactive database containing EW system parametric and text data, complex waveform displays and other graphics, as well as digital animation and video files. The services to be provided to the USRELMS project shall be directed towards the current operational needs of the 453 EWS, located at Lackland AFB TX. Persons performing on this intiative shall be required to have a TS/SCI clearance. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated. Date, time and site to be determined. Questions/comments on the draft SOW and suggestions for technical evaluation criteria, etc are invited.
