Description

The simplified Acquisition section of Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Highway Division in cooperation with the Payette National Forest and Valley County Idaho, is seeking to procure the services of a fisheries biologist to monitor for presence and spawning activity of bull trout, chinook salmon and steelhead; project location is on the Warren-Profile Gap Road, Forest Development Road 340, Idaho; project will be a two year project beginning June 15, 2001 through September 15, 2001 and continue through the 2002 construction season; estimated dollar amount >$25,000 <$100,000; project will be 100% set-a-side for small business in accordance with Far Part 13 Simplified Acquisition; e-mail Martha Billups @ mvbillup@wfl.fha.dot.gov for Request for Quotation packet; there will be no government furnished equipment or housing for this project; limiting the packets to ten; area is remote.
