Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division along with Naval Headquarters Command (N091) have worked in close association with the Naval War College to define future operational technology requirements. Part of this effort is designed to support Global War Game efforts. With recent Global War Games, the time horizon has been extended to examine operational requirements for 2010 and beyond. The Navy intends to award a fixed-price sole source contract to Sonalysts Inc. Sonalysts Naval War College team is collocated with the Naval War College Gaming Dept. and can fully represent N091 technology interests throughout the year/Global planning effort. Sonalysts designed the technology play in Global 2000, identified issues, and administered team avtivities. They are a truly unique source in the successfull completion of Global war Games in 2001 and beyond. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 no later than 15 calendar days from the issue date if this notice. (see numbered Note 22)
