Description

The following changes have been made to F01600-01-T-0067: The sentence _The Government reserves the right to evaluate delivery capability and make a best value decision_ is hereby removed from the solicitation. Offers will be evaluated based on three factors. The most important factor is price. The second factor is responsibility, (i.e. the ability to conform to the solicitation). Finally, the third and least important factor considered is past performance. F01600-01-T-0067 will close out of EPS on 15 May 2001, there is a site visit on 18 May 2001 at 3:00pm CDT at 125 Chennault Circle, building 1403, Maxwell AFB, AL, and the offers are due on 24 May 2001 at 3;00pm CDT. All other items of F01600-01-T0067 remain the same.
