- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is procuring a Non-personal services contract with an individual or firm capable of providing all aspects of Gynecology Services at the U. S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, Portsmouth, VA. This requirement is for 3 hours every other week, not to exceed 75 hours per contract year. Services will be normally provided on Wednesday. The Statement of Work delineating specific services required will be provided in the solicitation. This procurement will be for commercial item services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The performance period will be for a base period plus four (4) twelve -month option periods. Performance under this resultant contract shall be October 1, 2001 or date of award, whichever is later through September 30, 2002. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. Proposals received from OTHER than a small business will be deemed unacceptable and will be given no further consideration. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 8011 and the applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAIC) is 621111. The size standard is $7.5 Million.
