Description

B-U. S. Dept, of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), CCMA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Thomas J. Murray & Associates, Gloucester Point, VA to monitor and assess the impact of Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) regulations and management strategies on commercial fishermen and the commercials fishing industry. This requirement will further expand the four (4) existing commercial fishing panels ro improve coverage of the different type of fisherman and improve statistical reliability of the resulting data analyses. This is a notice of intent with no solicitation package available. Award will made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference No.NCNA-17
