- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport requires 2 each underwater telephones made by Edo as model 5400. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website(see below) on or about 25 May 2001. NUWC solicits for only this one manufacturer's product for this buy. Award shall be made on or about 29 May 2001. No telephone requests for the solicitation packaged will be accepted. See Numbered Note 22.*****
