This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is DAHA16-01-Q-0004 using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. This is an unrestricted acquisition for competitive action.// Rental of 4 each- 15 Passenger Vans from 10 June 01 to 10 August 01.// Rental of 6 each -- 15 Passenger Vans from 17 June 01 to 10 August 01.// Rental of 1 each- 15 Passenger Van from 20 June 01- 10 August 01.// Rental of 3 each- 15 Passenger Vans from 23 June 01 to 10 August 01.// Rental of 2 each -15 Passenger Vans from 14 July 01 to 4 August 01.// Rental of 4 each -15 Passenger Vans from 21 July 01- to 4 August 01. //Rental of 5 each -- Sedan Mid Size from 14 July 01- 11 August 01.// Rental of 2 each -7 Passenger Vans from 30 June 01- 6 July 01.// Rental of 6 each- 7 Passenger Vans from 23 June 01- 10 August 01./// All vehicles must be delivered to Ft. Irwin, Barstow, California except for the initial 4 each -- 15 Passenger Vans. These 4 Vans will be delivered on 10 June 01 to Ontario, California Airport. Parties responding to this solicitation may submit their quote in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include the following information; 1) Company's complete mailing and remittance address; 2) Discounts for prompt payment; 3) CAGE Code; 4) DUN & BRAD Street Number (DUNS); 5) Taxpayer ID Number; 6) Point of Contact and telephone number. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1- Instructions to offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications of Commercial Items(Offerors shall provide completed copies of FAR 52.212-3); FAR 52.212-4- Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items with the additional FAR clauses stated at the following paragraphs within 52.212-5 applying: (a) (b) (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) and (25). Additional contract terms and conditions applicable to this procurement are: DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (no clauses checked); DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration.
