Single award term contract for period beginning 100101 and ending 093002 for Federal Communication Commission. Production area, assumed 200 km (124 mile) radius of zero milestone, Washington, DC. Perfect bound books with separate glued on covers, 216 x 279 mm (8 x 11"), printing covers in a Pantone ink color and text in black ink.
