Description

Recreational Services-Sports Officials _ Andrews Air Force Base Maryland. This office is conducting market research of the commercial marketplace to determine what terms and conditions, contract type(s), commercial and performance-based statements of work and other commercial practices are currently being used to provide sports officials to officiate intramural, varsity and other sports activities; volleyball, football, basketball, softball and soccer. We are also seeking information from companies and other federal agencies that are currently receiving or are planning to acquire similar services in the future. The contractor is expected to provide all management, supervision, labor personnel and any other items necessary to provide sports officials to officiate intramural, varsity and other sporting events. All interested parties must have a Commercial and government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. Interested parties may respond to this notice with a statement of your interest, business size and past experience. This is not a request for proposal, but for planning purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. It does not restrict the government_s approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The notice will be posted on or about 10 May 2001.
