Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to extend Contract N00421-96-D-5120 with BAE Systems Applied Technologies, Inc. for a period of six (6) months to 19 December 2001. The subject contract provides engineering analyses and evaluations of Navy Air and Surface Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems. A number of programs are being supported under this contract, including support for PMA-264, PMA-290, PMA-299, AIR-4.5.14, and AIR-4.5.6. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed extension based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
