Description

(I) This is a synopsitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be available on the internet. (II) Solicitation F02601-01-T0203 is being issued as a request for quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification Code 234110, size standard $27.5 million. (V) Line items are for electrical supplies. Line item 0001: Asphalt, hot mix, 12_ Aggregate, anti-strip, 51/2% BITUM. Line item 0002: Asphalt, hot mix, 12_ minus aggregate, 51/2% oil with anti-stripping. Total quantities of both line items will be 2600 tons. Minimum delivery amounts will be 15 tons. (VII) First delivery by 21 May 2001. Place of delivery: CE Supply Store/GOCESS, Building 5320, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. POINT IS DESTINATION. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Quote will be evaluated on price and price related factors. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) N/A. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A.
