Description

This is a presolicitation notice. The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for Illinois will be requesting bids for Base Pavement Repair at the 126th Air Refueling Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, Scott AFB, IL. Typical work will include all plant, labor, equipment and material necessary to repair and/or remove existing asphalt pavement and concrete curbs and gutters on the ILANG portions of Pryor Drive, Golf Course Road, and at the Flight Simulator intersection. Asphalt pavement construction will be required for the replacment of a portion of existing jogging path and an overlay of the outside storage area. Erosion control repair will be required on the aircraft parking apron island, various curb drains installed, and asphalt and aggregate from an abandoned parking area will need to be removed. All disturbed soil areas will require regrading and reseeding. A new asphalt roadway will need to be constructed to the Hush House. There is an estimated 3,000 LF of roadwork requried. NAICS Code for this project is 234110, Highway and Street Construction. This contract is set-aside for small businesses. Solicitation will be available on or about 21 May 2001.
