Description

The General Services Administration is seeking to lease quality office and related space consisting of approximately 18,687 BOMA usable square feet. The space must be one contiguous block without being split by a corridor. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated areas located in Memphis, Tennessee: Central Business District (CBD) North: Wolf River South: Crump Blvd. to Danny Thomas Blvd. to Linden Ave. East: Watkins St. to Poplar Ave. to Danny Thomas Blvd. West: The Tennessee State Line Outside theCentral Business District (CBD) North: Wolf River to Danny Thomas Blvd. to North Pkwy, Summer Ave. South: Virginia Ave./Dutro to Danny Thomas Blvd. to Watkins St. to Union Ave. East: Holmes Street. West: The Tennessee State Line Both existing space and new construction will be considered. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building or property offered.
