Description

The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena Mi. is accepting proposals for custodial services. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to perform all required services as identified in the statement of work. Award will be made on the basis of the greatest value source selection. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this procurement is 561720 and the size standard is 12 million. This procurement is exclusively set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. The solicitation will be available on or about 10 May 2001. Services are expected to commence on or about 1 July 2001 through 30 June 2002. It is the intent of the Government to award a firm fixed price contract for a one year base period with four option years. A site visit will be scheduled with a date and time provided in the solicitation package. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will only be available electronically to all interested parties at the Internet site:http://www.micrtc.ang.af.mil/crtcweb/facilities/LG/Contracting/solicitations.htm. No hard copies will be available. Contractors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the Internet site for possible amendments or additional information. All offerors downloading the solicitation shall notify this office in writing (either by electronic mail or facsimile) in order to be placed on the solicitation mailing list.
