Description

In accordance with Section 724 of Public Law 106-398 of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001, the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) intends to negotiate an extension of Contract MDA906-96-C-0004 on a non-competitive basis with the incumbent contractor, TriWest Healthcare Alliance. The contract is for managed care services under the TRICARE Program within the States of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Idaho and Texas. The extension of the contract will be for a period not to exceed four years as authorized by Section 724 of Public Law 106-398 of the 2001 Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act.
