Description

The Strategic Systems Programs intends to contract with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Mitchel Field, NY for TRIDENT II (D5) Strategic Weapon System Navigation Subsystem D5 Backfit production equipment. As the design agent, LMC is the only source with the requisite design background, system knowledge and operational experience relative to the TRIDENT Navigation Subsystems capable of providing the required supplies and services within existing cost and schedule constraints.
