Description

1) The Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC) intends to issue a contract for the purchase of a Media 100 Windows 2000 based iFinished V60/DV multi-purpose, non-linear, media production system with integration support. The proposed system is required to provide broadcast quality digitized video in CYMK color space. The system is to be integrated with MSIC's existing Matrox Personnel Producer system. The proposed system should allow for switching between, the existing Matrox Personal Producer to the Media 100 V60/DV system. 2) Complete specifications and detailed plans for the integration of the system must be included along with an on-site demonstration. 4) A training session is required at the time of installation and two additional on-site training sessions is required within 45 days of the initial training session. 5) A one-year on-site maintenance contract is also to be included with an eight -hour response time. It is proposed to sole source this to Custom Supply Inc. as the only authorized Matrox and Media 100 dealer for the Huntsville region. All responsible sources may submit a pricing proposal NLT 18 May 2001. If other than the Media 100 Windows 2000 based iFinished V60/DV multi-purpose, non-linear, media production system is proposed, bidders must submit detailed specifications and pricing. Potential bidders should also be licensed to integrate Matrox products. Contact CPT James Bamburg for a copy of the detailed bid specifications.
