Description

This is a corrected synopsis of Solicitation SP0100-01-R-4059, originally submitted to the Commerce Business Daily on May 2, 2001, Submission No. 50K9N5. The item is Cloth Helmet, Subassembly for Impact Resistant Flight Deck Crewman's Helmet. Best Value/Source selection procedures will be utilized in making an award. The Evaluation Factors, in descending order of importance are changed to read as follows: 1) Past Performance; 2) Manufacturing Plan with the following subfactors of equal importance: a) Manufacturing Procedures; b) Production Scheduling; c) Production Equipment; and d) Materials and 3) DLA Mentoring Agreement. In addition to the Base Year quantities of 47,100 EA Min and 61,250 EA Max, there will now be four (4) Mandatory Term Option Years for the following quantities: 21,160 EA Min; 54,200 EA MAX. All other information in prior synopsis remains the same.
