Description

This amendment is issued to extend the closing date to 10:00am HST, 08 May 2001 and to incorporate the following: MERCURY EXCLUSION CLAUSE FOR MERCURY FREE PROCUREMENT (FISCPH)(MAY 2001)1. Mercury or mercury compounds shall not be intentionally added or come in direct contact with hardware or supplies furnished under this contract. Supplier shall certify that all items furnished under this contract are free of mercury or mercury compounds.
