Description

The Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations ("OCIE") of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") is seeking contractor(s) to conduct separate instructor-led intermediate level training courses in the following subject areas: 1)Investment Advisor and Investment Company Advertising Issues and Performance Calculations, and 2)Brokerage Operations. The training will be conducted in multiple cities in the United States with each course being delivered to approximately 200 participants. It is anticipated that all training will be conducted during the months of September through January 2002. The contractor(s), among other things, must supply master training materials, appropriate textbooks, master written examinations, certificates of completion, and the necessary support and coordination to ensure the training events run smoothly. Interested firms are invited to request Solicitation No. SECHQ1-01-R-0012 by letter. Telephone requests will not be accepted. It is anticipated that the Solicitation will be issued on or about June 8th, 2001.
