Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue delivery order to Raytheon Company Electronic Systems under government Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0052. The delivery order is to modify the AN/ALR-67A(V)3 operational flight program to allow integration with the Integrated Defense Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) system. Both the ALR-67A(V)3 and the IDECM systems will be installed into the Navy's F/A-18E/F aircraft. Raytheon Company as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the ALR-67A(V)3 is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time frame.
