Description

Engineering Field Activity (EFA), West, a component of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, requires analysis services of the fire prevention and suppression requirements of the Naval Postgraduate School, and its adjacent facilities, in the area of Monterey, California. The performance period is estimated not to exceed sixty (60) days. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR COMPETITION AMONGST SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS. Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Past Performance, and Price. Past Performance, as an evaluation factor, is approximately equal to price.
