Specification: MIL-C-17614 dated 14 Aug 87, Type II Class 5, Pattern Date 30 Apr 92. This will be a Best Value Acquisition set aside for small business. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC). The purchase quantity is a minimum of 11,400 each and a maximum of 15,705 each. There will be 2 term options. Delivery order 0001 will be for 4,500 each. There will be 3 deliveries. The destination for delivery is New Cumberland, PA. Production lead time is 120 days after the award. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model (s) (PDM) and Experience/Past Performance. The technical proposal should include PDM at the time of closing and past performance experience.
