Description

This proposed acquisition is for an upgrade of the Aviation Vibration Analyzer (AVA) software to the current 7.01 version with a display. Twenty-one (21) kits containing the material items needed for the upgrade will be procured. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled "Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This acquisition is sole source to Signal Processing Systems, Division of Smith Industries, 13112 Evening Creek Drive South, San Diego, CA 92128-4199.
