Description

The Austin Automation Center plans to issue a sole-source contract with Stratys Learning Solutions, NTU 700 Center Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80526-1842, 800-582-9976 or 970-495-6400, for an open license of the satellite content broadcasted by the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) Business and Management Channel for the Veterans Affairs Knowledge Network, Veterans Health Administration Employee Education Service (VHA EES). EES plans to use the business channel as on-going curriculum for leadership training within VA. The proposed contract will be for one year with an optional year. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, other proposals may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
