- This seminar Responding to RFPs, is a basic tool to any small business, and is highly recommended. Seminar will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2001 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at George Mason University's Procurement Technical Assistance Program, Suite 200, 4031 University Drive, Fairfax, VA. Cost of the class is only $45.00. This course is designed to provide familiarity with the contents of a federal government Request for Proposal. Students will learn to understand an RFP and how to prepare and submit a compliant and winning proposal. The instructor is Bob Gahagan, CCSI, Inc.
