Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington, intends to award a contract on a selected source basis to Dr. Banning Garrett, 9356 Deer Glen Court, Fairfax, Virginia 22031 to conduct an analysis of U.S. China relations. This project will seek to enhance the Department of Defense officials' understanding of Chinese perspectives on U.S. China military ties, Sino-American relations and the Strategic Environment, including Taiwan and U.S. Missile Defense Programs. The period of performance is six (6) months. No solicitation will be issued. This notice is for informational purposes only.
