Description

Red River Army Depot intends to negotiate on a sole source basis to Oshkosh Truck Corporation, 22749 Grove Street, Eastpointe MI, 48021 for an on site Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide technical support for the HEMTT remanufacturing program. Period of service will be one year. The FSR will have full factory engineering and technical support and will provide technical assistance in failure diagnosis, technical guidance, training, and reports as required. FOB destination. Information concerning this procurement may be addressed to the contract specialist at wlhorton@redriver-ex.army.mil. Justification: 10.U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Only One Responsible Source. OTC is the original equipment manufacturer for the HEMTT family of vehicles and no other manufacturers exist.
