Description

The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) intends to issue a solicitation for commercially available services in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Finance Board is seeking a contractor to design and build an extension of the current computer Server Room into an adjoining office. The contractor shall be licensed, insured and bonded in the District of Columbia and shall only use personnel licensed, insured and bonded to perform these tasks. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining temperature in the current Server Room at no higher than 72 degrees (F) throughout the renovation process. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The proposed contract shall be firm fixed price. The Finance Board will hold one site visit meeting for all offerors interested in proposing on this requirement. The Site Visit will be held at 9:00 AM on May 10, 2001 and will last approximately one hour. Time will be made available on that date for interested offerors to conduct measurements.
