Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, (NSWCDD) Dahlgren, VA intends to non-competitively procure Tactical Data Link Test, Sensor Simulation, Interoperability Certification and Training Systems to support the AEGIS Program. The following Contract Line Items will be procured: Multiple Unit Link Test and Operational Training System (MULTOTS), AEGIS Broadcast Network (ABN) Systems, Distributed Sensor Simulation Systems (DS3), and Automated Data Collection and Analysis Systems (ADCAS). NSWCDD will award a five year ID/Requirements contract with firm fixed price pricing provisions to Logicon., Tactical and Training Systems, 2100 Washington Blvd., Arlington, VA 22204. Logicon, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the required integrated systems components. Outside inquiries must be submitted in writing, include the size status of the company requesting the solicitation, and the reason of the request. The NSWCDD has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition arena; therefore, this synopsis with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD web site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments.
