See numbered notes: 23&26. COQC required. Flight Safety Critical item. Unrestricted. ABVM applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 2500. 1700 to be delivered to Tracy, CA and 800 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 150 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP.
