Description

Solicitation for NSN 1615-01-125-8809 / YPG01096000635. Sikorsky (CAGE 78286) Part #: 64356-04044-106 Rev "D". Approved sources are Connecticut Tool & Mfg (4T362), Sterling Machine (64084), B&R Machine (66936) and Fenn Mfg (82001). Any other interested offeror must submit a complete technical data package for evaluation. The Defense Supply Center Richmond does not have an approved technical data package available. Please do not submit technical data requests to DSCR. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: Guaranteed Buy Quantity 78 base, 7 option years / Minimum Ordering Qty 7 base, 7 options / Maximum Ordering Qty 127 base, 56 options / Maximum Contract Qty 127 base, 56 options. The estimated annual quantity for the base and option years is 99 base, 28 options. Government First Article Test applies. Delivery schedule is First Article delivery 100 days after receipt of order, and production units 200 days after First Article Approval. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See Note 26.
