Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and superintendence necessary to remove and replace asphalt road, parking lots, and paths at the Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge located near Wapello, Iowa. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set aside exclusively for small business firms. NAICS: 234990.
