Description

Work consists of constructing a wood-framed, 1408 square-foot fire engine storage building, cast-in-place concrete foundations and exterior finish for two modular buidings supplied and installed by others, a septic system, site work, utility work including constructing and connecting underground water lines, electrical lines, sewer lines, phone, and propane service. Exterior finishes for modular buildings includes constructing wood-framed porch roofs, furnishing and installig asphalt shingles, exterior wood siding, and simulated-stone wainscot. Site work includes constructing several gravel walks, road aggregate surfacing, and final site grading related to the above. Septic system construction includes furnishing and installing a septic tank and evapotraspiration beds.
