Description

REFERENCE W-110 SN 50J8U4; W-110 SN50K4D3. As previously announced, the Pre-solicitation notice was modified to change solicitation number from RFP 873 to IFB 5057, as a result the solicitation procedures are changed from negotiated to seal bid. Pre-solicitation notice is modified to change the availability of solicitation package from May 7, 2001 to May 14, 2001 and to extend closing date of solicitation package from June 8, 2001 to June 15, 2001. Solicitation packages will be available by submitting a written request via email to matilda.jones@mail.ihs.gov; or facsimile (fax) (602) 364-5030). Offers will be received until 4:30 P.M., Mountain Standard Time, Friday June 15, 2001.
