Description

Work consists of constructing a fire-engine storage building (5910 square feet masonary), flammable storage building (prefabricated), and cast-in-place concrete foundations and exterior finishes for three modular buldings supplied and installed by others. Exterior finishes for modular buildings includes wood-framing porch roofs, furnish and installing asphalt shingles, exterior siding and simulated stone wainscot. Associated work includes underground utility construction and connection for water, sewer, natural gas, electric, and telecommunications; sitework including finish grading, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, helipad construciton, and fire hydrant installation. Optional additive work items include: landscaping, entrance gate and fencing, landscpae irrigation systems, asphalt paving, removal of a 1440 square foot single-story building, and construciton a fire engine water recharge station.
