Description

1) Demolition of existing Auxiliary Steam Plant Building and complete replacement to include 2 50,000 lb/hr boilers, emergency generator, new make-up water well and utilities connections; 2) Repair approximately 850 feet of main utilidor and 680 feet of lateral utilidor to include complete replacement of all piping; and, 3) Optional items to this contract will include approximately 2450 feet of repair to main utilidors.
