Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration/Special American Internship Training Program (SABIT) Program has a requirement to provide instructional services to execute a training program for managers and scientists from the Russian Far East. SABIT provides market and business training to professionals from the New Independent States. The requirement consists of administering two training programs in energy efficiency for managers and scientists from the Russian Far East. The training consists of two groups of 14-16 people for four weeks in the U.S. The program will include in-class training, site-visits with U.S. companies, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, legislative bodies, and other organizations. It is required that potential offerors possess but not limited to expertise in the energy field, ability to identify US companies for site-visits, recruit Russian candidates for the training, provide training in renewable energy and energy efficient technologies, and perform all logistics for each group. It is anticipated that this requirement is for twelve months. Offeror's are invited to submit written requests to be placed on a mailing list for the solicitation.
