Description

The Health Care Financing Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ICF Consulting. As the original designer and developer of the Contractor Performance Evaluation (CPE)Database Application, ICF Consulting will expand the functionality of the CPE application through enhancements to user interfaces and management reports.
