Description

Provide constuction projects manager services, from 9:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday, for VA Connecticut Healthcare System, Veteran's Industries located in West Haven, CT. Services shall include estimating and submitting bids for possible Veteran's Industries projects, monitoring and managing all aspects of construction projects, including management of sites utilizing only a few skilled mechanics and a large number of disabled adults performing a variety of tasks. Performance period will be for one year. Solicitation package will include two additional option year periods. NAICS code 561210 applies to this procurement.
