Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to John Murphy, 8402 Stone Gate Drive, Annandale, VA 22003 to review and provide comments on operational plans, program schedules, data formats and analyses associated with program preparations for data product production and dissemination. Assist in preparations for data product operations, including identifying and documenting staff and resource requirements, assist in determining and documenting operational procedures and assist in conducting indoctrination for Census Bureau and contract staff. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is based on past performance from the vendor and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
