Description

Contractor to provide comprehensive Home Infusion Therapy Services for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN in accordance with the contract specifications. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment and personnel. The contract will cover the period July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 with two one-year options to renew. The NAICS for this procurement is 621610. All request for solicitations must be in writing. Faxed requests will be accepted at (901)577-7242. Solicitation will be issued o/a May 5, 2001 with proposals due May 31, 2001.
