Description
This is a sources sought announcement only. Based on response to this sources sought, a request for proposal is planned in the next 30 days. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The NAICS code is 541618 with a SBA size standard limit of $5 million. Interested parties need to identify if they fall into one of the Small Business categories: Small Business, Hub Zone Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, or Small Disadvantaged Business. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) requires Critical Chain consulting support for the implementation of reengineered project management processes for the 412th Test Wing. Requirements include implementation planning and design, onsite training and consulting for AFFTC specific Critical Chain based project management processes. In addition, the AFFTC requires Critical Chain software, technical support, and training to establish the software tools necessary to implement the reengineered project management processes. Software requirements include the capability for Critical Chain project management in a single and multi-project environment. In a multi-project environment, Critical Chain project synchronization is required. The software must include an architecture that is ODBC compliant and web based. In addition, the software must have the infrastructure necessary to create custom reports and graphs. Onsite support is required at Edwards AFB, CA. Interested contractors capable of meeting these requirements must submit clear and convincing literature and pricing information that fully demonstrates their capability to meet the requirements. This synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal, and is not considered to be a commitment by the Government. All respondents are reminded of the required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) requirement to be considered eligible for any potential Department of Defense contracts.
