Description

DESC: Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 333319 (SIC Code 3589). The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to procure Russian safety and support equipment for the Russian Ministry of Defense (MOD) 12th Main Directorate whcih is amended as follows: Demonstrated procurement of at least $5 Million dollars in Russian support equipment over the past 18-months has been removed. In its place, the offeror must be able to demonstrated procurement perfromence in Russia to various locations in coordination with the 12th main Directorate Ministry of Defense. All other requirements remain the same.The contracting office will accept requests for solicitations through email, mail, or facsimile request. Facsimile number is 703/767-4691. Award is anticipated starting 1 July 2001. (Substitute 15-day proposal receipt period in lieu of 45-day period).
