Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. For reference purposes only, the solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is DAAH23-01-Q-0454. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541710 and small business size standard is 1000 employees. This requirement consists of Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001AA, for two (2) each Portable Hydraulic Purification units for Egypt, CLIN 0001AB for concurrent spare parts for Egypt, one year option CLIN 0001AC for two (2) each Portable Hydraulic Purification units for Greece, one year option CLIN 0001AD for concurrent spare parts for Greece, one year option CLIN 0001AE for two (2) each Portable Hydraulic Purification units for Taiwan, one year option CLIN 0001AF for concurrent spare parts for Taiwan, Pall Aeropower Corporation Part Number PEO107822HORW83, for the CH-47 helicopter. The proposed acquisition is sole source to Pall Aeropower Corporation, 5775 Rio Vista Drive, Clearwater, FL 33760. Required delivery date is 180 days after contract award. Packaging of items shall be in accordance with best commercial practices. Inspection, acceptance and FOB points are at origin.
