Description

Joint Tactical Radio Systems (JTRS)-Design Analysis Phase-AH-64D Aircraft Installation Kit-Perform study and analyze alternative solutions for design of the aircraft installation kit (A Kit) to accommodate the Army Aviation Joint Tactical Radio (JTR)(B Kit). The Government intends to award a sole source cost-plus fixed fee delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement DAAH23-00-98-G-0049 with McDonnell Douglas helicopter Company, doing business as McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems (MDHS) located in Mesa, AZ, under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered Note(s) 22, 23
